Some poor guy in New York got jail time for showing Hezbollah cable channel in his apartment building block. I reckon “freedom of expression” crimes need to be prosecuted very carefully if we value our 1st Amendment.
If this man is considered a combatant and is theme to a military tribunal, so then must the American mainstream media be tried under the same conditions – propaganda is propaganda is propaganda. We must hold the mainstream accountable for 9/11 and everything after.
