Child characters in cartoons, both male and female, are typically voiced by adult females (example: Bart and Lisa Simpson are voiced by Nancy Cartwright and Yeardley Smith, respectively). The policy for hiring children for any type of production are pretty restrictive, so that’s one way to get around it in an full of life show.

EVERY government must flourish to exist and it must exist before it can care for. Serving people is a tertiary objective. Government is tasking a group of people with solving mans problems. Their livelihood is tied to the existence of problems and the promise to fix a problem but if they did their usefulness/careers would be at an end. No system of behavior can care for us from the immorality of man. We need better people, not systems.
I like the evaluation. Our government HAS become a circus. All that’s missing is the clown suits for congress. Not that they need it…

I watched this as a kid but now that I’m older I see so much irony in evaluation to our government today. Especially where they show the see-saw…the terrible side had more consequence as opposed to us just being the small guy at the other end. Our government HAS become a circus.
