If he posts a vid, that´s excellent, if he doesn´t, then he doesn´t. Generally, when people are involved in some stupid legal battles, it´s better to be a small, let´s say, “circumspect”. This is perfectly normal. If he isn´t publishing material relevant to his case, I´m sure he knows why he isn´t. Hope you know that.

It is rather odd of Robert to be surprised, shocked, and outrage that he got suspended for his actions when in the school handbook it says that he could be theme to suspension for using a video device to videotape on school property.
Yet, in the description of the video that has been circulating with it, Mr. Wanek states:
“But, the punishment for handing out flyers was a 2 day out of school suspension which was issued to me. This is ludicrous unjust and downright fascist.”

Breckenridge High School’s handbook.
“Personal phones or electronic devices with photographic/video capabilities used as photographic/video instruments are not allowed in the school building. Persons using these phones/electronic devices in the school as a photographic/video device will be theme to suspension for a period of time designated by the administration.”
Mr. Wanek was using an electronic device with video capabilities on school grounds and was suspended for two days.

It is my hope that Robert is being absolutely truthful and prevails. In the meantime, I am expressing the reality of the situation on my end and how Robert has presented it thus far.
It is Robert that has made issue and made public these events and has gotten support of the truth movement over the matter. And it is his responsibility to eventually show with undeniable and demonstrable fact that belief in his tale has not been misplace by misrepresentation.

So future auxiliary and secondary proof could be in the form of video and vid of documents…
Robert’s parents’ authentication.
Robert’s attorney’s authentication and commentary.
Arrivals to the court house for hearing and court dates, video of the publicly showed docket showing Robert’s appointment in court.
All of this being provided in the future after the case will fill in much of the unknowns and provide what I say is presently lacking.

You see my skepticism exists because there are really so many voids and nothing presented to date is actual undeniable and tangible proof.
Because to be honest and objective on the matter, Robert has not provided any real proof that his tale is right. This is not to say he is lying, but he has not presented anything to prove its truth…there is all the room for it to be manufactured or exaggerated. It is authentication to be sought here…not blind faith on someone’s word.

That would then lead me to further inquire if the case is criminal, civil or both.
And if Robert filed the case as the plaintiff against an individual for assault and/or the school. Or if the individual and/or school has called Robert into court and he is the defendant.
Or if the court case is not even about assault, but is about your freedom of speech being violated.
When the time comes to present the encounter in documentary fashion this too would be a relevant revelation.

In the future, when you will be able to talk of the case, should you state that you did not call the police or file a report then I will be unusual as to why you did not?
I will also want to know why did your parents not call the police and file a report when you knowledgeable them of the assault upon you when you got home that day.
Again this police report for the crime of assault and battery on a minor with witness corroboration shown on video will add credibility. No problem.

So, for when that time comes these are the issues I would then address.
In your video, your description of the physical fight, without a skepticism, is assault AND battery on a minor with witnesses.
So, you called the police. And filed a police report for these criminal charges against that someone who did this to you.
Which means, for your case, that you have a copy of this report. And when the case is over you can present publicly this doc as proof of that claim.
So let’s just accept that you are under a gag order from the judge. Then I could know, how in the internet, you would not want to discuss even one aspect of your case. It is not worth taking the risk should the order be in effect.
Which means, in time, we shall wait for further developments and then these issues can be addressed with something tangible that will corroborate all claim made regarding your encounter at school and in court.
