Bright side – huge money. Dark side – a war.
On the bright side, we get to vote and choose. On the dark side, at least one of the candidates is a convincingly terrible choice:
Hillary Clinton has no military encounter except for being the spouse of a draft dodger.
Her claim to fame is universal health care which was a terrible thought when she was in the white house, and its worse now. If that goes through, you will wait hours and hours if not months to see a doctor. Kind of like we Veterans often have to do now, except worse because there are ten times as many people as Veterans.
The bright side is getting legislation passed that is excellent for the total country. The dark side is the deals you had to make to get the excellent side to happen.
Bright: The day everyone got together after 9-11 to ensure the safety of this country. I would prefer an incident of that magnitude not be the catalyst.
Dark: Meaningless attacks for party advancement. Verbal distrust for fellow politicians without legal stay on up (lip service for their constituents only).
Bright side: Freedom to express one’s views
Dark side: Dealing with other people expressing their views
I’m only kidding. I value everyone’s opinion as long as it is coherent.
