At least Rush Limbaugh and Glen Beck won’t be around.

Unfortunately, it will not matter because Al Bore said we only have till 2014 before the arctic melts and we are all going to drown.

Probably not much. Race isn’t really much a factor, for most, in politics and I expects its importance to continue to decrease..

Hmmmm….people of color who have been kicked around will be the ones doing the kicking on the new white minority? Reap what ye have sown… :-)

There will be no Republicans left in office. The Socialist Democrats will have all the votes because people want their free material. America will be dead.

  • Lyla says:

Do you also believe the world is going to burn up in 7 years?

  • Break a Question says:

It’s hard to say, since left and aptly politics may change. Maybe voting trends will become based more on returns than race.

With Money and Power, thanks for asking though.

For one thing a lot of your less intellectual whites are bracing for some kind of huge payback for the atrocities of their fathers. I really don’t reckon there will be much of a change in American politics. I do believe that by the time that happens the United States will no longer be the empire we see it to be now and I don’t reckon that will be a terrible thing.

the racist minorities will go out of their way to prove what bias racists they are. Fact and time will prove it so

  • Danny says:

Well, they might say that, but it isn’t right.

It will make a huge difference. I compare it to this year’s margin
in Congress and how it’s ruining common sense in declarations,
new spending bills the public doesn’t want, bribery in making
their own party members vote a certain way, and frivolous
crazy, overspending of the American people’s taxmonies.

I reckon the republicans are going to have to seriously step up their manipulation game if they are going to stay afloat.

  • Robert says:

Whites are the margin at the moment and we have a black head. I reckon we live in one of the least racist nations in the world. If you don’t agree maybe you should get out more often. Who knows what will be in 36 years. One thing is for sure. Things are not getting better year by year, they are only getting worse. I would recommend the movie “Idiocracy”. A look into the future the way we are going now.

    People are misunderstanding this statistic.

Whites in America will be 49% of the country. The rest of the percentages will be many different groups (African-Americans about 12%, Hispanics about 28%).

So technically they’d still be the largest racial group among citizens and stable residents.

I reckon politics will change to the extent that it addresses more of the issues in the ethnic and immigrant communities.

I reckon Republicans will have to and be forced to stop despise mongering and accusing every Hispanic of being an illegal alien or else they wont get any votes.

  • I Am America says:

The census bureau just pushed that back to 2050. http://www.bostonherald.com/news/national/general/view/20091217census_whites_will_be_minority_in_2050/srvc=news&position=also

I’m not sure how that will change things. Partly because the logic behind the numbers seems somewhat flawed. When I first hear the 2040 (the original estimate), the author who published that finding was assailed as a racist. But to be truthful, the numbers are somewhat skewed.

1st…The numbers assume the white immigration and hispanic immigration numbers will stay steady. Which is highly unlikely.

2nd…The numbers fail to identify caucasianization. Sorry for making up a word, but what I am trying to give reasons for is that a hispanic immigrant who came to america in 1900 is considered hispanic, and his kids, and his grandkids, and his fantastic grandkids, and so forth. This is partly because of hispanic intermarriage, and partly because being “hispanic” lable can make certain hiring preferences and govt grants. The further down the line the less liable a child with 9 generations of american born ancestors is liable to consider him or herself hispanic.

3rd…What I reckon may happen more and more is more “hispanic” politicians will become elected.

The minority Liberals will still say it’s all due to their evil past. Look at they way they push Obama’s behaviors off to Bush. It is just who they are. The margin of conservatives will be unaffected. They believe that all people are made equal, their ancestors laid down their lives to free minorities from Southern Democratic Party slavery and oppression, and will simply go on with their lives.
