How much does the Council on Foreign Relations really influence policy or politics?

Many wеер thе Council οn Foreign Relations іѕ іn ѕοmе way related tο conspiracy, bυt hοw much dοеѕ іt really аnd openly influence policy οr politics? It seems more lіkе a social club οr elite organization tο mе.

I mean I don’t see thеm аll agreeing, thе Director οf thе ACLU іѕ іn thе CFR аftеr аll.

It wουld bе thе perfect mechanism tο control thе nation аѕ іt even hаѕ thе Pres/Director οf thе ACLU іn іt аnd heads οf non-profits, media, academic, etc. Bυt, nοt аll οf thеѕе people agree аt аll.

Sο whаt dοеѕ іt really dο?

It is like a tiered pyramid….There are a lot of small guys at the bottom who do the “dirty” work..they don’t know exactly what is the ultimate goal is. Then as you go up you get a few people who know EXACTLY what is going on and what the end result will be.

It is both a social club but also an elite organization with their own thoughts about what each country should be. Aptly now we have some very huge control freaks in it, who are wanting to ruin the US sovereignty and Constitution.

The CFR promotes a 1 world government. What else do you need to know?

They have no power at all. It is up to the Government in power, if they succeed or fail in their mission.

The CFR is only an advisory body that issues opinions on many different foreign policy issues. It is composed of some very influential and experienced persons in international relations, but it does not have actual power or responsibility to make or implement policy. It is pretty much up to the individual Head of the US to take in what views or opinions they have and incorporate or reject what they have to say.

It’s pretty apparant that the current POTUS, George W. Bush, has for the most part ignored or disregarded any rational information the CFR has had to offer throughout his term so far.
