    The speech is free; the transmission of it is not.

    But, I have free nights and weekends (but pay a monthly premium for it).

    Don`t pay the buzz bill. No one is forcing you. Just walk over to whoever place and talk to them when ever you want and talk away about anything you wish. That’s what free speech is about. Notice I said walk. That is free. If you have to take any other kind of transportation that would cost something. Wouldn’t`t want that now.

    Excellent point. And who charges us for exercising this Constitutional aptly to free speech? Ma Bell, herself! Shafted by our own mother. For shame, Ma. For shame!

    Whoa. That’s really deep, man. I’ll have to let that one sink in…. Hey, don’t be stingy, pass that around.

    I am hoping that question was not serious.

    Free speech allows you to express yourself…not get free material.

    Along persons line the internet, mail, and tv should be free.

    We also have the aptly to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness…does this mean we can get everything free?

    Tell your friend that wasa ridiculous question.

    Sign up with Skype (free) and get your acquaintances to sign up too. Then all your buzz calls will be free, worldwide.

    I like that question. Weird–even in Canada we have free speech but pay through the nose to Ma Bell. What a rip off, eh?? : }

    You can “say” what you want to (freedom of speech) but once you pick up the instrument (touchtone phone)
    you are paying for touchtone phone poles, wiring, signals, airwaves, manpower, knowledge.
