Obama Returns to ‘Radical Islam,’ Terror Link
In a rare divergence from administration policy, President Obama used the term radical Islam to describe the African-based terror group that took credit Monday for killing 74 people in Uganda during an interview Tuesday with the South African Broadcasting Corporation.

Ali Hamsa Al Bahlul was convicted of making promotional videos for Al-Qaeda, but is this a reason for him to be imprisoned in Guantanamo Bay. Is it a case of free speech or inciting terrorism? Is a military court the right place to try such a person?
