In other words, that you can’t be arrested for exercising your free speech rights. It does not mean your speech will come without consequences. For example, if I tell my boss he is stupid idiot, I cannot be arrested for saying that. But my boss can fire me.

So, how long before an armchair Constitutional scholar from the left comes along and says poor Van’s rights were violated?
