I propose a tax credit for all unemployed Americans who must uproot themselves and families when jobs near their home go away. This is a simple enough proposal. If a worker is unemployed for more than 90 days and has to look elswhere for a job, whether it is in North Carolina or across the country, we will give him or her a full tax credit (not just a lame deduction) for the expense of relocation and any loss if a home sale is involved.

The time has come for the American worker to stop picking up the tab for the ineptitude of their employers or their government.
